Emission Reduction Valves

Description:

IMI PBM’s Low Emission Valves offer solutions to emission reduction. Average stem packing leakage ≤ 10 ppmv for the duration of the test (100 ppm allowable). Stem packing is suitable for service at temperatures of  -400˚F to 850˚F (-240˚C to 450˚C).

  • Low-E Packing Tested to the API 622 Standard (REV. 2):
    • Average stem packing leakage 10 ppmv for the duration of the API 622 test (100 ppm allowable)
    • Stem packing is suitable for service at temperatures of -400˚F to 850˚F (-240˚C to 450˚C)
    • API 607 REV. 4 fire tested
    • Standard on IMI PBM’s Instrument Valves Series IM and IB, ASME Class 1500 Weld Design – optional on other valve models
